RETURNS POLICY
Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
- Returns May accept only when if you receive wrong / colour change / damaged product.
- Damage pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment, customer must report within 48 hours (Courier Charges to be Payed by the BUYER).
- Products MUST NOT BE CUT or changed or Used, OR ELSE THEY WONT BE APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.
- FOR International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty If Charged, it has to be PAID by BUYER.
- VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government.
- Stitched Suits Will NOT BE Exchanged or returned for ANY ISSUES.
- Incorrect Stitching is NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, We ARE NOT Responsible for ANY FAULTs in Stitching Sizes or any issues.
- Catalogue Book / HARDCOPYS May Or MAYNOT COME (There is No Assurance that Books will be Provided with the Product)
- If You Order via TRANSPORT Option, We DON’T HOLD ANY LIABILITY of the Goods, it is ON Buyer’s OWN LIABILITY.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (6-7 days not including 2-5 days processing)
- you receive the wrong item / Damaged / Colour Change Product.
- you do not want the product you’ve received must report within 12 hours of delivery (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Applicable Law
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Hyderabad, India.
- Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment,
- Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT
- There are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay the Product MAY Not be available, we Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments if that Case Occurs.
*You can submit refund requests within 1-5 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
